About Dr. Lambert
Dr. Olena S. Lambert
Olena S. Lambert is a 2007 graduate of the Virginia Commonwealth School of Dentistry. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree with Magna Cum Laude honors. Prior to dental school Dr. Lambert attended the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Dr. Lambert is a member of the Virginia Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health. She has completed continuing education with The Dawson Academy and The Pankey Institute, both advanced dental education curriculums in which dentists teach dentists to provide exceptional dental care.
Dr. Lambert has called Bland County home for all of her life. Dr. Lambert understands the unique challenges that we face living in a rural part of Virginia. In practice, Dr. Lambert strives to provide each patient with the same level of care and attention she would wish for her own family.
Dr. Lambert and her husband Jody reside in Bland with their two daughters, Jillian and Ada. She enjoys being outdoors–hiking and spending time with her family.

Lois Catron
Dental Assistant
Lois Catron is an original team member at Bland Family Dentistry hiring on prior to seeing our first patients in November 2007. She is a life long resident of Wythe County and has a long career as a dental assistant. Lois enjoys attending horse shows and spending time with her grandsons.
Taylour M
Front-End Manager
Taylour M is our front-end manager. She has experience working chairside as a dental assistant, as well as with scheduling and insurance billing. Taylour is also a very accomplished artist.
Stina Wilburn, RDH
Stina Wilburn has been a full-time dental hygienist with Bland Family Dentistry since 2009. She lives in Bland with her husband and four children. Stina enjoys spending time with family, going to church and exercising.
Hayley Maxey
Hayley is a part-time hygienist at Bland Family. She lives in Tazewell and graduated in the Spring of 2022 from Wythe County Community College. She loves animals, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Lori Deel
Lori joined the Bland Family Team to support the front office and the clinical staff. She has many years of dental assisting and front desk experience. She enjoys being outside and spending time with her family.
Brittany Proffitt
Brittany is our newest hygienist. She is a Bland native and graduated from Wytheville Community College in 2012. She loves spending time with her family and pets, as well as camping.
