The kids are pretty shy and very nervous about going to the dentist. Dr. Lambert and Stina were both absolutely amazing at putting my children at ease while still getting the work done. My kids walked into their appts scared and not knowing what to expect, but walked out happy, more confident, and felt like they spent the time with family. First, I was met with enthusiasm at the reception desk, and the paperwork was very little comparatively. Also, when there was some confusion regarding my insurance, the receptionist was also very calm and patient in getting it resolved. The hygienist was quick and kept the conversation light. She did a great job, and did not kill my teeth when flossing like my previous dentist. Comfortable environment as well as far as lighting (that light didn't blind me!) and temperature. Dr. Lambert also was thorough in checking my teeth and answering one concern I had. Also is right off the interstate, which is a plus. Overall, while I can't speak on how this dentistry handles more complicated dental matters (like root canals, fillings, cavities, etc.), I can say that my experience was exceptional.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
